Gujar Khan Clinic

A small clinic bringing free primary healthcare and eye care to families in Dhoke Rajgan and Dhoke Baba Gakhar Khan, Missa Kaswal, Gujar Khan.

Why we opened a clinic here

Gujar Khan has poor health outcomes. Every year many people, most of them children, die from preventable diseases because they cannot reach basic healthcare or health education. We set out to open a small clinic to ease that suffering.

With the support of the Rotary Club of Northampton, Al-Ain opened the Bhatti Clinic in Dhoke Rajgan, Missa Kisswal, Gujar Khan, on 29 August 2018. It is sponsored by Riaz Bhatti and Ilyas Bhatti from Northampton.

Medical staff from Umeed (Hope) Hospital in Chakwal run the clinic. Umeed (Hope) Hospital also supports a free eye care clinic at Dhoke Baba Gakhar Khan, held four Sundays a month.

Free eye care clinic

To provide free eye treatment and eye care to people with few resources, and to take these services to areas with little or no regular healthcare.
